Behaviour therapy is the use of techniques to alter behavioural patterns. Techniques are used to try and decrease or increase a particular type of behavior or reaction. We do this in our daily living when we try to teach right from wrong, promote healthy lifestyle, train our animals and relate to friends and significant others.
